3. User Accounts and Registration

• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Ensure you have authority to bind your organization to these terms

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• You acknowledge that software may contain bugs or errors
• We provide services "AS IS" without warranties beyond those required by law

10. Termination

Termination conditions:

• Either party may terminate with written notice as specified in your agreement
• We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to services will be discontinued
• Data export assistance available for a limited time after termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California.
